Growing Minds Behavioral Health is looking for enthusiastic professionals to provide in-home and community based services to children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD] diagnosis.
Growing Minds Behavioral Health is looking for enthusiastic professionals to provide in-home and community based services to children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD] diagnosis.
Preferred candidates will be willing to work flexible schedules, and will provide their own transportation to work environments in the following Counties: Prince Georges, Charles, and Montgomery
No Experience is Required! Training Provided! Introductory Opportunity!
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high quality and intensive Applied Behavior Analysis therapy
- Provide direct care to clients in 1:1 and group settings both in-home and in the community
- Record and collect observable client data
- Develop and maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding progress of client
- Provide updates on progress of client goals
- Work under guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analyst [BCBA]
- Maintain strict client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations and standards

Our focus at Growing Minds is on developing pivotal skills for our clients that will lead to learning through a variety of both structured and child-led activities. Our primary goal is to increase the functioning of each client. We focus on four pivotal areas: Motivation, response to multiple cues, self-management, and initiation of social interactions. Sessions occur in a variety of settings which can include home, school and community settings.
