We know you have your choice of places to work so instead of telling you the requirements for
the job, we’d like to start by telling you why we are a great place to work!

We are a fresh company! Our team collectively has many years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) but Growing Minds Behavioral health was fully realized and formed just a couple short years ago. As such we are learning and growing and looking to add people to our team who are visionaries and truly want to be part of a something special because that is what we are creating. We're currently looking to expand our services to meet the diverse needs of all our clients, and that's where you come in!

Whether you’re an OT who’s been in the game for years or you’re just beginning to shape your style and philosophy, we believe your perspective is crucial. We conduct anonymous feedback surveys, encourage open communication, and actually implement changes based on what we hear. You’re not just another cog in the machine here—you’re a creator of the culture

Many of our team members have been with us since the beginning, and as we expand, so do our opportunities for leadership, innovation, and influence. If you’re someone who sees possibilities instead of problems and wants to help shape the future of pediatric therapeutic services, we want you here.

Provide play-based therapy!!! Our ABA team is built on Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), and we believe therapy—whether OT or ABA—should be motivating, naturalistic, and fun. You’ll have the space to be creative and the support to design programs that reflect each child’s unique interests and sensory needs.

We’d love to tell you more about us and hear to all about you. Standard job requirements
apply and we are always open to assisting the right candidate. We believe
with the right training for a person who has a heart for helping others and is not afraid to get a
little silly this can be a great fit!

ABOUT US

Growing Minds Behavioral Health is a behavior based company built on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and Pivotal Response Treatment. Our focus at Growing Minds is on developing pivotal skills for our clients that will lead to learning through a variety of both structured and child-led activities. Our primary goal is to increase the functioning of each client. We focus on four pivotal areas: Motivation, response to multiple cues, self-management, and initiation of social interactions. Sessions occur in a variety of settings which can include home, school and community settings.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to promote the growth and development of the whole family as it pertains to the clients we are called to serve. We aim to provide the highest quality services to our clients with measured and observable growth. Through empowering parents with knowledge of managing behaviors and increasing skills our focus is to increase social awareness, independence, communication and play all while having fun!

We aim to help our clients unleash their full potential whether that be learning to ride a bike or learning to brush their teeth. Where we see a need our goal is to help our clients achieve theirs. We are a no judgment zone. We will laugh with you. We will cry with you. We believe in having fun. Children learn best when they are having a good time. We believe in consistency. We believe that in order to change others behavior we must first change our own. Where goodness is put in, goodness will come out. Our vision is to bring the humanity back to ABA.
